So, we've installed a new phone system so that you can call us anytime and speak to someone about any issues you may be having. Support tickets are still probably the best way to gain support, but in case there's any problems with our website (Which is VERY rare), you can take this number down, and give us a call any time! Our brand new number is: 0845 508 4224 Because we care about our customers, this number is Lo-call, which is the same cost as calling your friend a mile away, so support is not at a premium price like other hosting services. On this line we offer two different support features, and both have different opening hours. 1. Sales -- Opening Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. 2.
